Connecting with other organizations serving youth in East St. Louis is vital to our organizational success. We have implemented program collaboration with Christian Activities Center and Join Hands as well as the East St. Louis School District. We are proud to say that invaluable partnerships have extended to the St. Louis area and include Eden Theological Seminary.
As a result, the Sunshine Cultural Arts Center is building a broader network of youth and families throughout East St. Louis and beyond. Furthermore, we are applying best practice approaches developed by an organization with a history of providing effective programming. The Sunshine Cultural Arts Center brings to this partnership a track record of impacting youth and families through the arts, a critical area of need in East St. Louis.
As such, the Sunshine Cultural Arts Center is seeking individuals and organizations with a heart to empower the children of East St. Louis, to fulfill a great many volunteer positions that will impact not only the youth we serve, but will transform the East St. Louis community at large.
Of course, it is costly to offer quality programs that effect real change in any community. We are no different. Investments in the lives of these children and in the East St. Louis community is vital to our continued success.
